Q. Where do your products come from?
A. We try our best to buy 100% American. We strongly believe in locally sourcing all of our materials and production. When we can't buy American, we source and finish American.

Q. What do you mean by source and finish American?
A. When we must import a product from overseas, we use local, American distributors so that as much money as possible is redistributed to our local economy. When that happens, we put all of the finishing touches on our products here in Houston. We guarantee that the last hand that finishes your product will always be American.

Q. How do I get free shipping?
A. Free shipping kicks in at orders of $30 or more.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax? 
A. Since we're Texas-based we have to collect sales tax regardless of where you live, so that the Texas can continue to fund programs like the Little Lebowski Urban Achievers.
